Make Thanksgiving Becfin Turkey Pie

One 8 inch aluminum tray or a ceramic dish

Place Bread stuffing in the bottom with 4 soup spoons of cranberries sauce and 2 oz of chopped celery.

In a pot melt 5 oz of unsalted butter, add 16 oz of Diced half inch square turkey breast.salt, pepper, nutmeg, thyme powder to taste

Cook for 10 minutes,

Add (singe) with 2.5 oz of unbleached flour, mix it cook 2 minutes add 1 quartz of heavy cream 30% or half & half or milk in function of your diet.

Cook for 2-3 minute until you obtain a creamy sauce, pour inside you dish.

Prepare the dough to covert it.

In a mixer bowl mix 8 oz of unbleached flour, 2 oz unsalted butter, 2 oz of water, 1 tea spoon of distilled vinegar, salt, 1 oz baking powder.

Flat the dough and cover your pie dish.

Bake in a pre-heated oven 375-400 F for 20 minutes until temperature reach 165 F in center, and crust is golden brow.
