Grown in the microclimate of the Basque Country, Espelette Pepper has a deep smoky chili pepper taste. Mixed with fleur de Sel from Guérande its an excellent for seasoning your food (1.58 oz).
This fleur de sel packs some heat, adding flavor and spice to any of your dishes. Excellent on sauteed veggies or homemade chocolate truffles.
The mix of fleur de sel and Espelette chilli pepper releases delicate notes of ripe tomatoes and smoky chili. Delicious with poultry or warm goat's cheese.
